Lance Alonardo brings a rare combination of hands-on investing experience and property management expertise to every client relationship at On Realty. A lifelong New Hampshire resident, Lance began investing in real estate in 2017 and expanded into property management in 2020, giving him firsthand insight into both sides of the investment equation.

As principal broker/owner, Lance specializes in working with investors from start to finish: identifying strong investment opportunities and then managing the properties they acquire. Because he’s built and managed his own portfolio, he understands the full lifecycle of an investment property not just the numbers on paper, but the day-to-day realities of ownership. That perspective allows him to guide clients toward smarter acquisitions and then take the management burden off their plate entirely, so they can enjoy the returns without the headaches.

Before real estate, Lance served in the U.S. Army, an experience that shaped his disciplined, mission-focused approach to serving clients.

Outside of work, Lance enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, whether hiking, running, snowboarding, or mountain biking through New Hampshire’s mountains and trails, making the most of everything the Granite State has to offer.
